Hi all,
A very very newbie here having just installed BinaB with Realband and PowerTracks Pro Audio 6 which came as a freebie
I am still manual reading to sort out the differences between all the programs ( especially BinaB and Realband) but I do notice that when I shut down Realband I get a windows error message every time that says the programme has stopped responding and windows will try to find the reason etc
I am shutting it down using the red X tag in the top right corner
I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice but no effect as the issue is still there
Anyone else had this issue

Am now getting same error message when I close BinaB--is there a compatability problem with Vista???

Did you install the VSC-DXi softsynth that comes with BIAB/RealBand? If so, you will definitely get those shutdown errors with both programs in Vista. While the VSC-DXi works in Vista and you can [presumably] safely ignore those errors, there are some compatibility issues.
If you did install the VSC-DXi, try uninstalling it and see if the problem goes away. The Forte DXi softsynth doesn't have this problem, but after the trial period, you have to buy it to keep using it (but at $40, I think it's a bargain).

Hello Philsaxophone
You can safely ignore that message. It happens on some computers and seems to be related to using the VSC-DXi during your session, but doesn't cause any problems other than being a slight annoyance. Hopefully we will find a way to stop it from happening in the future.
