Hallo,
ich bin da mal wieder auf eine Idee gekommen und habe jetzt foglende Frage: Wenn ich mein Yamaha-Keyboard PSR 620 per Midi-In/-Out-Kabel (anderes Ende Stecker für in Gameport an Soundkarte am PC) an meinen Rechner anschließe und auf dem Keyboard ein Lied abspiele müßte ich es doch irgendwie in BiaB sehen können, also die Notation. Diesen MPU-Treiber habe ich auch gefunden. Wie geht das? Kann mir da jemand helfen? Kann ich evtl. BiaB da gar nicht für gebrauchen?

BiaB ist für Live Einspielungen mit Midi Keyboards gemacht. Wenn die Stecker alle ihren richtigen Platz gefunden haben, kann man sogar auf dem Piano und auf dem BigPiano die auf dem Keyboard angeschlagenen Tasten sehen. Zur Aufnahme einfach 'Record' drücken.
Die Formulierung "auf dem Keyboard ein Lied abspielen" könnte jedoch auch bedeuten -> Aufnehmen eines Liedes auf dem lokalen Yamaha Midi Recorder und anschließend auf Play des Keyboards drücken. Hier ist nicht in jedem Falle gewährleistet, dass die im Keyboard gespeicherten Lieder zum Midi Ausgang geleitet werden. Insbesonere gespeicherte Demo-Songs vieler Keyboards sind absichtlich aus Copyright gründen vom Midi Ausgang des Keyboards getrennt.
Für Aufnahmen des eigenen Spielens eignet sich BiaB hervorragend.

Hallo Martin,
vielen Dank für die Info, aber die hilft mir leider nicht so wirklich weiter. Fakt ist, dass ich mich in diesem Bereich mit dem Programm überhaupt (noch) nicht auskenne. Ich habe bisher mit Hilfe dieses Programms Noten in die Melodiespur geschrieben, also am Computer, und mir eben jetzt überlegt, dass es doch vielleicht einfacher wäre Lieder nach Gehör auf meinem externen Yamaha Keyboard (es ist kein spezielles Midi-Keyboard) zu spielen, um die Notation - entsprechend meiner Kompositionen auf dem Yamaha-Keyboard - in BiaB nachlesen zu können bzw. auch später ausdrucken zu können. Wie bereits erwähnt ist das Keyboard mit Hilfe eines entsprechenden Midikabels am Computer angeschlossen und der Treiber ist auch von Windows da. Ich steige aber nicht dahinter, wie ich in BiaB an die am externen Keyboard eingespielten Notationen kommen kann. Ich müßte doch da während des Einspielens bei Aufnahme was sehen können, oder? Also wenn das tatsächlich funktionieren könnte, fände ich das total cool.

Hallo Musik-Girl,
geh' mal mit der Maus über den roten Record Knopf - ein Fly-by Hint besagt -> "Record MIDI to Melody Track. This records MIDI information from your external MIDI keyboard. It will also record notes clicked on the on-screen piano, guitar or drums, as well as from your qwerty keyboard if using Wizard Playalong."
Die gespielten Noten werden während des Spielens *nicht* im Notationsfenter dargestellt (gedrückte Keyboard-Tasten werden jedoch in der Pianoleiste angezeigt). Bei Beendigung der Aufnahme (Klick auf Stop) erscheint ein Dialogfenster, das eine Option zum Behalten der Aufnahme anbietet. Danach sind die eingespielten Noten auch im Notationsfenster zu sehen und können ausgedruckt werden.

Hallo Martin,
also ich wähle "Datei neu", wähle die "Thru-Spur" aus, klicke auf "Aufn.", dann klicke ich "von Takt Nr. 1" an anschließend "Aufnahme". Dann spiele ich an meinem Keyboard was ein. Dabei geht es dann aber auf der Piano-Tastatur im PC ganz wild los! Sind ganz sicher nicht meine Töne, die ich da spiele. "Stop", klicke "1. Refrain in gesamten Song kopieren" an, dann "take OK" und bekomme die Meldung: "Keine Melodie aufgenommen; kann nicht entfalten". Ich denke, ich sollte vielleicht mal einen Tag Pause machen und es dann nochmal versuchen. Vielleicht muss ich ja auch an meinem Keyboard etwas anders einstellen, was ich nicht weiß. Vielleicht muss ich aber auch noch etwas in BiaB beachten. Da wäre ich dann für einen hilfreichen Tipp noch dankbar.

Die Meldung "Keine Melodie aufgenommen, kann nichts entfalten" bedeutet, dass in der Tat BiaB keine Signale vom Keyboard erhalten hat. Ist der MIDI Input Treiber korrekt ausgewählt? Wenn die Kabelverbindungen und dieser Treiber stimmen, müssten eingespielte Noten nach dem Druck auf 'Take behalten' im Notationsfenster erscheinen.
Zum Quercheck einmal Tasten auf dem Keyboard drücken, ohne dass Record oder Play in BiaB gedrückt wurde. Jetzt müssten die auf dem Keyboard gedrückten Tasten in der Pianoleiste von BiaB zu sehen sein. Wenn hier nichts zu sehen ist, ist dies ein Hinweis darauf, dass etwas mit der Kommunikation zwischen Keyboard und PC nicht stimmt.

Hallo Martin,
nein, auf dem Piano in BiaB tut sich nichts. Von Windows habe ich als Midi-Input und Midi-Output-Treiber MPU-401 gewählt, den ja auch BiaB unterstützt. Als Synthesizer habe ich Yamaha PSR620 (XG) gewählt. Es bleibt mir also nur noch die Möglichkeit - so wie ich das sehe - dass ich an meinem Keyboard etwas verstellen muss. Bin allerdings im Moment doch ein wenig arg genervt und muss echt mal pausieren. Immerhin versuche ich dieses Prozedere schon seit 2005. Immer wenn ich Urlaub habe. Leider auch immer wieder ohne Erfolg. Bin mir sicher, dass ich es irgendwann einmal hinbekommen werde. (-:

Hallo,
also irgendwie geht es einem doch nicht aus dem Kopf. Abschalten ist schwierig. Also wo muss ich bitte BiaB meine Sounkarte mitteilen und wie mache ich das, wenn sie nicht in der Liste steht? Als Sequenzer muss ich doch die Soundkarte angeben, oder? Treiber Input MPU 401 und Output MPU 401 ist okay ?? Muss ich BiaB dann nicht auch noch irgendwie einen Kanal mitteilen von welchem mein Keyboard spielt. Ich möchte ja über die Tastatur ohne Begleitung nur die Noten einspielen. Mehr nicht. Es muss doch wohl an der Kommunikation liegen. Wenn ich über Mikro etwas einsingen möchte, geht das auch nicht. Ich hoffe, es ist nicht allzu kompliziert. Meine Soundkarte steht leider nicht in der Liste von BiaB angegeben. Vielleicht kann man mir ein Tutorial erstellen und ich hätte die Chance es zu verstehen. Tausend Dank!
