Hi folks. Trying to get to the bottom of the bad notes in the Celtic air set of real tracks. Support has asked me to also send a copy of the song project file and I'm not exactly sure what that is and how to find it and copy it. Anybody know?
Is it the SGU

Steve,
It's the song your are working on... the SGU or MGU file you save your song as.
1. Generate the tracks.
2. Play the file through and note which bars the problems occur in. (If there are no problems, regenerate and see if any problems occur with this generation.)
3. Freeze all the tracks.
4. Save the file with a new name so that you don't overwrite the existing file.
Attach the file to an email and send to PG Music. In the email, tell PG Music which bars to listen to.

Thank you sir. I had sent them and SGU file and he replied asking for a song project file so I was thinking they might be 2 different things.
I did take note of the numbers of the measures with bad notes but did not think to freeze the tracks.
As always your help is appreciated and very valuable.

Thanks Steve, it's a pleasure.
The reason that the freezing is important is because when PG Music open the frozen file and generate it, it will be identical to the file that you generated.

MySong.SGU or MySong.MGU etc) If you had sent them the SGU file I'm not sure what they now mean. Trev

Well Trev I think the freezing of the tracks is the key. I should have thought of it but I didn't since I freeze soloist tracks before I export them to my way folder in order to have a few different options as far as the solo. If I don't freeze the track and save to wav I've seen it save the exact same track rather than the 1I just generated.
Also this song in question was regenerated many times and the bad notes would show up at different measures. This time I will freeze them all-and write-down the number of the measures that are amiss.

For BIAB, the project file should just be the .SGU, .MGU, or .MGX file, unless you also have an audio track, in which case that WAV file should be included.
