Whilst attempting to transfer a song from RB to Reaper today (about 10 tracks) I could transfer all of the separate tracks but one...a sax solo intro , middle sax solo and sax outro , all generated via the multi riff facility in RB.
It would not transfer and gave a message in both DAWS saying I was "trying to transfer a track with no valid information??" Yet the sax solos play perfectly in RB but all attempts to move that track to Reaper failed (other tracks transferred perfectly).
I've transferred many, many songs track by track and never seen this problem before. Any ideas on why this should be please?

Have you tried consolidating the track?
CTRL + A (select all for the track)
Track-Consolidate Audio Region
I've found that sometimes simply making a 'Compd' track become a single contiguous line of data solves mysterious issues like this.
That's what 'Consolidate' does.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome

Ahh! Thanks so much guys. I'll give both methods a try. Guess where I went wrong was putting several "clips " of audio on one track but not consolidating them? Basic lesson learned! Thanks Rharv for your speedy solution and also Pipeline for your amazing animated help and link about Rewire. I had recently been thinking about setting up Reroute to combine RB and Reaper but chickened out in case I messed up the system which is working well for me at the moment.

Yep, consolidate tracks is a command I use often and it helps with a host of potential problems. That would have been my suggestion as well.

Thanks again guys! That's exactly what it was...once I consolidated the track it transferred with no problems. Great advice ...as always!
