When I browse RealTracks List on PG Website Song demos won't play

I want to demo some more Realtracks but the song demos won't play on my computer (Windows). I keep getting an error message that says I need Flashplayer 9.0 or greater.

I think I have Flashplayer 14 installed.

I used the "Search" feature to the right and could not find information on this.

Could someone please tell me if this is a common problem and if there is a fix.

By the way, I am loving this BIAB. I am getting deeper into playing music and it has been Godsend!

I agree... BIAB is brilliant software smile

What browser are you using? That could be the problem. I have Firefox 55.0.3 and the few demos I tried worked fine for me.

Just to make sure that we're working on the same page, I clicked on the "Listen" options for the Realtracks (highlighted on the image below).



Also, with Flash, I've found a few times over the last year or so that it must always be up-to-date to access some websites. I suspect that this is because earlier versions of Flash player had some vulnerabilities that made it susceptible to net nasties.

Flash player is currently up to version 27.

Thanks for the quick responses. I am really looking to buy more reaktracks and not being able to play demos is a bit of a pain.

To make sure I am clear, I was looking at RealTrack Sets, such as #10. You have an option for "Band Demo" and another for "Solo Demo."

Got to run but I will return and reread your replies.

Thank you for your assistance.

Sorry it took so long for me to get it. I had an unfortunate series of events that led to surgery.

Anyway, I appreciate everyone's input and hope to be able to capitalize on the great opportunities this program offers.

I am teaching my kids to play piano and some guitar, and the band-in-a-box program motivates them greatly.

Again, thanks and happy holidays. I plan to check in here more often as I try to increase my limited skills with BIAB!

I have since upgraded my computer to Windows 10 and everything seems to be working fine. I think that is what fixed my problem, at least in part.

What a Godsend BIAB is!!
