1. Clone the musicians, better make lots of copies
2. Assign 1 set to every purchaser, on 24 hour duty
3. Set up high speed online sharing
This scenerio being cost prohibitive and quite possibly impossible I would venture to say that the latest offering from the ambitious techs and musicians at PG Music is unimprovable.
But then, in a little while they will prove how wrong my statement is.

I had to read it three times, but in the end yes a nice compliment!

I believe this company has a lot of people with a great work ethic. They constantly improve the products and don't sit on their posteriors while customers struggle. Oh, how I wish other companies which I have dealt with would take some lessons from this one!

That's not only a great idea, it's been done by the best of the best.
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, known for setting the standard in hotel management, has a course, open to anyone who can afford the asking price, in how to develop customer loyalty. You don't want "satisfied" customers--you want "delighted" customers. Those are the ones who come back for more and spread the good word of mouth. The RC teaches other businesses how.
Vision, mission, and execution. I don't know how PG figured it out, but he/they did, and they keep on delivering.
