Добрый день, Михаил.
BiaB 2018 (504), Windows 7 Home (x64).
При попытке отсортировать стили по стилю прототипу периодически возникает ошибка
«Access violation at address 007263F3 in module 'bbw.exe'. Write of address 42286CB4.»
В чём может быть проблема?

К сожалению, у меня пока нет Band-in-a-Box 2018, поэтому пришлось переслать Ваш вопрос в Службу технической поддержки PG Music. По получении ответа незамедлительно сообщу Вам о его содержании.

Доброго времени суток.
Пришел ответ от Службы технической поддержки.
Проверьте, пожалуйста, запускаете ли Вы Band-in-a-Box с административными привилегиями или нет. Для этого щелкните правой кнопкой мыши на файле bbw.exe, выберите Properties | Compatibility и посмотрите, активирована ли опция "Run this program as an admin". Если нет, активируйте ее и щелкните мышью на Apply и OK. Затем запустите программу и попробуйте отсортировать стили по прототипу.
Если предложенное выше решение не поможет, пришлите, пожалуйста, лог-файл.

Доброго времени суток.
Сегодня установил Band-in-a-Box и RealBand 2018 и обновление для BB 504.
Возникла та же проблема, что и у Вас, хотя у меня совершенно другая система - Macintosh с виртуальной машиной Windows 10.
Из этого можно сделать вывод, что проблема в самом Band-in-a-Box, а это означает, что, скорее всего, она может быть устранена путем установки очередного обновления (505), которое должно скоро выйти, либо, в худшем случае, одного из последующих обновлений.
Служба техподдержки все еще работает с Вашим лог-файлом, но в принципе придерживается такого же мнения.
Справедливости ради следует отметить, что аналогичные случаи уже бывали (с другими функциями Band-in-a-Box и RealBand).

Да, к сожалению, проблема осталась. Служба техподдержки уже после выхода обновления 506 спросила у меня, что именно я делал перед тем, как она возникла, - значит, над ее решением все еще работают. Остается только ждать...

Не могу найти закономерность возникновения ошибки. Пробовал начинать сортировку и с миди, и с realtrecks, и с Norton. Может при первоначальном запуске отсортировать стили, а может сразу выскакивать ошибка. Загадка. Остальное вроде работает. Ждём

У меня все происходит точно так же, только без исключений.
Но у меня возник вопрос: в самом начале Вашего видео можно увидеть, что у названия стиля ZZJAZZ.STY комментарий на русском языке (Джаз-свинг стиль). Вы ставили BB 2018 поверх русскоязычной версии 2017?
Ссылку перешлю в Службу техподдержки, пусть тоже посмотрят.

Докладываю Установил BiaB 2017 на другой диск. Английскую версию. Обновил до 2018. Указал в настройках пути на новом диске. Ни чего не изменилось.
