I'is possible adjust some singer notes...up or down ....so adjust tuning errors of the vocal track?
Pitch correction.

It's not as sophisticated as Melodyne, but this can be accomplished in BIAB using the audio harmony feature. I have not done this in a while, but the audio harmony feature can be set up to reference the audio track to a MIDI melody track and provide pitch correction.

Pitch correction is listed as one of the features of 2018 BiaB: The "Fix Tuning" mode will analyze the Audio track and correct out-of-tune notes according to the key of your song.
The Fix Tuning feature analyzes the Audio track and correct out-of-tune notes according to the key of your song. For example, in the key of C, if a C# is detected, then it will be transposed down to C or up to D depending on which one is closer. You can use the Auto-Transcribe feature to transcribe the Audio track to the Melody or Soloist track as MIDI data.

VideoTrack tells me that Melodine can not be used with BIAB: how do you use it? I don't use it in BiaB. I use it in both Sonar and Studio One. I am currently learning Studio One but I did try Melodyne and it did work. I only use BiaB as a scratch pad for chords and sometimes melody, mostly in MIDI. I do everything else in a DAW.
When you are at the checkout line and they ask if you found everything say "Why, are you hiding stuff?"

The 2018 edition has at least one built-in tool that can help with audio.
The write-ups to date seem to imply one of the tools will adjust + or - one semitone as indicated on the chord sheet so for example if the chord sheet is playing a "C" chord a B sharp or C flat can be "automatically fixed" to "C". There might be other tools I'm not aware of.

I use melodyne extensively with RealBand BUT I use it instand alone mode. I export the wav file and then do the fine editing in melodyne and then import back
