Sales FAQ #33 reads:
33. Can I purchase a complete User's Guide for Band-in-a-Box?
A complete User's Guide is included with any first-time purchase of Band-in-a-Box. If you lose or damage your manual, you can purchase a replacement manual for $10 US plus shipping. The latest revision of the full manual is also included with Band-in-a-Box in PDF format, and you can open it via the shortcuts in your Start menu.
I suggest you contact PG music sales for more information.

Based on previous history, the printed manual is usually not available right away after a new release. As stated, call PGMusic and inquire.

One of the reasons for that is the patches sometimes require changes to the manual, which has been the case this month.
