have BB 2018. There are occasional informational messages that appear on the lower right hand of the screen. Some are only on screen for a few seconds. Is there a command that would give me some control over how long they would show on my screen?

Hey RD, I'm assuming 2018 works like 2017 so i adjust this in options-preferences/flash message time. Hope this helps.

Or you can go to Help->Utilities->Display Log Text File of Yellow/Green Messages. This will open Notepad with a text file of all the messages that have popped up. The newest ones at the top.

Whatever you set for the time, you can always go back and read these messages in Help, Utilities, Display Log Text.

And they changed them in 2018 so that they cannot be screen captured! Harder to report issues with this now.
