You'll probably need to re-install the program on your new computer. This is required to set up fonts etc.
After installing on the new computer, the two critical directories that you may need to copy are the RealTracks and RealDrums. You can find the current location from the Options > Preferences RealTracks and RealDrums location information.
BIAB & RB2025 Win.(Audiophile), Sonar Platinum, Cakewalk by Bandlab, Izotope Prod.Bundle, Roland RD-1000, Synthogy Ivory, Kontakt, Focusrite 18i20, KetronSD2, NS40M Monitors, Pioneer Active Monitors, AKG K271 Studio H'phones
What I do when I transfer to a new computer (I've done it a few times since I've been using BIAB), is as follows.
1. I copy my entire \bb and \Realband directories across to the new computer.
(This allows me to keep everything that I've collected over the years.)
2. Next I run the install program by right-clicking on it and selecting "Run as administrator". I use the latest version of BIAB, choose the minimum install and point the installation to my new \bb and \Realband.
(This installs Windows things like fonts and sets up the registry as needed for BIAB/RB.)
3. I start-up my new installation of BIAB and then point it to where Realdrums and Realtracks are located.
(Realtracks and Realdrums paths are set in "Options | Preferences | Realtracks" and "Options | Preferences | Realdrums".)
4. Next, I download the latest build from the link below and manually update the program.
Sweet and simple. This is a good one to post this in tips and tricks, Noel.
By the way, your assistance to users on this forum is greatly appreciated! There is a handful of really special people that make extremely valuable contributions to the BIAB/RB community and you are most definitely one of them. Thank you so much for all you do!
Jim Psalm 33:3 Sing unto him a new song; play skillfully with a loud noise.
Thank you for your kind words. They made me smile. Appreciate it.
Thanks for the thought about 'Tips and Tricks'. I'll wait and see if anyone adds anything that I might have forgotten and then I'll place an amended version over there.

What is the name of the file you are trying to run and where is it located?
An alternative approach is...
Log-in into your sales account (#1 on image below).
If you go to 'My Products' and scroll down a bit, you'll find the BIAB/Realband installation file. I've highlighted what it's called in my 'My Products' (#2).
Download this file (#3) and install it in your newly created BIAB directory. That will set up Windows to run BIAB. (If your latest version of BIAB is 2018, you need to install the 2018 version of the file.)
NOTE: If you don't see your 2018 installation file, it means that you haven't yet registered that product. Once it's registered, the file will show up.
