I have one song I am working on and when I open and play it the midi piano track is just blasting. I went to the mixer window and adjusted the volume, and noticed none of the mixer moves anywhere effect the playback. Advise please.

Hi Bernie,
Which synth were you using for that MIDI track?
We use MIDI CC7 for volume on MIDI tracks, and not all synths will respond to that CC by default. This can usually be changed in the synth's settings.

Hi Bernie,
Right-click on the track and select "Open VSTi/DXi Synth Panel Configuration". In the window that appears, what do the drop-down menus up top say?

Also, please go to Options - Preferences - MIDI - MIDI Devices. What's selected as the MIDI Output Driver, and is "Reroute MIDI Playback..." checked?
If it is, what's selected as the Default DXi/VSTi Synth?

"Synth 16" When I try to change it, it goes back to "Synth 16".

Reroute is not checked. The output driver is "Juno". which is my synth.
