Being quite averse to the whole "modern sound" thing, I might have to do some Hot 100 listening with an open mind after this!
Very clever lyrics covering the sweep of decades in a few lines and you`re right, the vocal doesn`t sound over processed or take away that Snyder quality.
I think Kim Williams would have enjoyed this.

Great all round production. I don't know what tricks you did to the vocals, but I think you accomplished what you set out to do. Well done! I also happen to agree with the sentiment in the lyrics. I great write, by the way.

In all seriousness, this one of the best songs on the boards. What a fabulous write - those lyrics are better than anything I've heard in many years. Been to the Bluebird several times - these lyrics would hold their own with no problem. This smokes (pun kinda intended, but the thought is real!). Beyond cool. best to you,
