It seems whenever I try to add a tambourine to any RB song I get this crash.
I do have RB set to run with Admin rights as I believe was a fix from before.
An exception error has occurred. You can continue to use the program, but should likely save your work and reboot program.
Access violation at address 009B052E in module 'RealBand.exe'. Read of address 00000780.
I have a log file but cannot attach the log files as it is an RTF file.

Tell them this problem and the exact version, operating system, equipment setup, package etc that you are using.

How do you fit the tambourine into your computer?  (ducking and running for cover)

If you open the RBERROR.LOG file using notepad (right-click and use Open With..)
you should be ale to copy/paste text here.
However these access violation error numbers will only mean something to the programmers.
How do you add a tambourine and which one?
Seems like tambourine RTs got an update at some point recently, if I recall correctly.
What version of RB and which tambourine RT?
Then others can test ..
If you search the forum for tambourine you can find a few other threads since the beginning of the year where people have had tambourine issues.
Maybe re-download/install that set (?)

Yes I can copy and paste it here but it's huge so I wanted to send it but I don't have Outlook and for some reason that was the only option I had.
As per Videotrack I will email the support team with my hardware etc details and the log file.
This isn't the first time this has happened and the "run as Admin" did fix it but now it seems back.
I managed to work around it by creating the track in BB and porting it over to RB.

Tony, A couple of thoughts that may or may not be useful... 1. If you set "Run as admin" permanently (i.e right-click on the start-up shortcut, click on the "Compatibility" tab and then selecting "Run as admin"), did you double-check that the option is still active? A Windows update may have disabled it. 2. If you have RB 2018, have you installed Build 5 (found at the link below)? http://www.pgmusic.com/support.realband.htmRegards, Noel
