Hello, Robert & Scott
Very impressive intro. In your collaboration, Scott's guitar intro phrase is always wonderful. And your vocal also gives a special feeling to this tune. The psychedelic atmosphere is a lot of fun. I agree with ROG. Very dark and very profound. Lots of imagery here and lots to think about, even long after the music has ended. I wanted Lap Steel to be a little more active. Enjoyed my listen a lot.
Best regards.

As I said on soundcloud this is spacey in a great way. Really enjoyed it. Great job you two! I love the title, Dead Letter Postman, wish I had thought of it! The lyrics are spectacular. And I didn't know Scott had a lap steel. Scott is that you?? Thanks everyone who also commented on the guitar parts. David I picked the lapsteel about a month ago. Having allot of fun with it. Kind of inspired from Tom Adams pedal steel playing and also Graham from Scotlands playing..

Really cool, very enjoyable
I can hear the Doors (helped by Scott's guitar)
and Jim Morrison
great write! Thanks Kenny! Excellent song, the vocal matches the feel to a tee. Cliff Cliff, Glad you enjoyed this. Robert Your songs are a bit more "challenging" that most - but after a couple of listens, I got the hang of it. Nice, it grew on me. I say something like that about my wife`s cooking... the odd spices throw me, but I usually come around! Thanks for giving this time to grow on you. Robert I really enjoyed this one Robert I love the slow progression here. Definitely a hint of psychedelia here, which is never a bad thing in my opinion! The tone of the tune is almost mystical, and there's some really nice guitar work - plus, your vocals match the pulse of the tune perfectly. Great work and thanks for sharing! Deryk, That`s very positive - thank you! Robert Hi Robert,
Very dark and very profound. Lots of imagery here and lots to think about, even long after the music has ended.
Some of the best lyrics I can remember seeing on the forum.
Nicely done.
ROG. Hi ROG, Yes, its all a bit Horsemen of the Apocalypse, but, hey, the letters do get delivered! I really appreciate your kind words. Robert

Love your psychedelia stuff!
Lyrics are fabulous, so many great lines. Vocals sound good too.
And Scott is the king of coming up with catchy, melodic lines in my book, very effective and memorable (lap steel is cool too!)
Excellent work Robert and Scott, enjoyed the listen! Well, that hits on ALL of our the buttons We always think of you when Songtadr requests submissions of psychedelia. And yours are so very literate. We love it all AND by the way have been fans of the lap steel since the early Dave Lindley's time with Jackson Browne. Excellent! J&B J&B, Thank you! I must admit when Scott told me about the lap steel I immediately thought of David Lindley ( and a song or two I`ve held back recording in the hopes of an RT in his style)... Scott is on the way to developing his own thing. Songtradr seems to inspire some- I haven`t got there yet. Robert

Shigeki Adachi Thanks Shigeki, I learned to put an intro in all our collaborations because Scott comes up with something special on each one. I`m glad you enjoyed the imagery. Robert

Robert and Scott,
Once again both of you have brought out the best in one another. I love the groove that you had happening here.
Scott, your guitar playing mesmerised me in the best way possible. I love how that you carried me along through the song.
Robert, your lyrics took me on a splendid journey of visual images. Just like a artist, you have the knack for choosing phrases of the right colour to paint a canvas and create something special.
As I said on Soundcloud, to me, this was like a work of abstract art. It captured my imagination and inspired my feelings and emotions.
Kudos to you both on a terrific effort.
Regards, Noel
