Hello everyone
I have a question which might be useful for a future version:
I would like to make a push on a chord, let's say it falls on the "and"
1 2 3 4 and 1....
but the chord on the following 1 needs to be different from the one on the "and"
Do you know if it is already possible or if BIAB needs to study the case ?

Not yet. Bob Norton's BIAB Improvements has this capability. It's been a long-standing request. http://www.nortonmusic.com/

You can try the workaround of doing over two measures what you would have done in one. The notation won’t be right and you’ll have to adjust the tempo, but for some styles it can sound right.

This may be one of the oldest and most frequent requests, to have more than four chords possible per bar. PG Music is certainly aware of it, not only from our requests but also from Notes Norton’s third-party styles that work around the limitation.
We have a forum here, a bit lower, called Band-in-a-Box Wishlist. That’s where you can post. The developers have implemented many of my suggestions over the decades, though there is no guarantee. Another post can’t hurt.
ps when you were describing what you need, a tango came to mind.

Thanks. My styles were made to turn two BiaB 'cells' into one bar. This allows up to 8 chords in a 4/4/ bar of music. I call them EXPANDED chords, and to hear some of the demos, go to http://www.nortonmusic.com/styledemo.html and look for EXPANDED styles. Notes
