je ne parviens pas à finaliser le rendu vidéo quand je charge une realtrack en contenant. Le processus se lance normalement et à la fin je reste bloque sur "finalisation en cours..." mais rien de se passe. Qui pourrait m'aider ? merci

effectivement ma phrase n'est pas très claire En fait je cherche tout simplement à voir les vidéos contenus dans les real-tracks vidéo mais je n'y parviens pas, quelque soit la realtrack vidéo chargée. Je suis toute la démarche comme indiquée dans le manuel, l'ultime étape étant la finalisation du rendu (c'est ainsi que c'est noté sur l'écran) mais cette étape de finalisation ne parviens jamais à son terme et la vidéo ne se charge pas à l'écran. J'ai essayé plusieurs realtracks vidéos et c'est chaque fois la même chose. Je précise que je fonctionne sur un mac merci de votre aide

Je viens d’avoir la solution. En fait il a fallu que j’enregistre les videos ailleurs que dans le’ dossier proposé par défaut par band in a box et ça a marché. Mais je pensais que la vidéo s’ouvrait automatiquement dans une fenêtre de band in a box ce qui apparement n’est pas le cas. Il faut aller la chercher dans le dossier ou on l’a enregistré
j'ai la version 2108 et la 2019 ultra pack upgrade sur disque dur externe mais je ne trouve aucune video realtrack ? Est-ce normal ? comment savoir s'il elles sont sur le disque ? Dans le logiciel elles n'apparaissent pas en tout cas.
