I would like to use BIAB to help me to learn Concierto de Aranjuez which s in 4/4 time on the harmonica. A lot of the notes are 32nds and I am wondering if there is some way that I can enter that value on the notation page.
BIAB has quarter note = 120 ticks resolution, but only lets you enter up to 16th notes on the notation grid. If you can't play the notes in live from a keyboard (or can't import in MIDI or XML from a dedicated notation program), then what you can do is to enter two notes on the 16th note grid boundary and then manually edit their start and stop times.
At quarter = 120, that means a 32nd note is 15 ticks in duration. So on beat 1, the first 32nd note would from tick 0 to 14; the second from 15 to 29; the third from tick 30 to 44; etc. I would personally rather enter the notation with something like MuseScore (which is free) and then import the final result in rather than manually edit 32nd note durations.

BIAB can display up to 128th notes (as I understand it); it's just a matter of getting them in.
I use Noteworthy Composer as my go-to notation program (I prefer it's entry method to many of the others) and the MIDI export always imports into BIAB very nicely. I mentioned MuseScore since it's free.

Mike, this is a common trick to use/not use triplets where they aren't set as the default grid. But I too did not consider using this to make notes of that short a duration; I just always entered notes then edited the timing. This is a nice trick to know.
