I'm making a backing track for Wildwood Flower which has 21 bars and I have set the number of choruses at 2 but for the second chorus it plays the chords but not the melody. I have ticked "loop of entire song enabled" but I still only get the chorus.
I learned something new! It's amazing what one can learn by browsing these forums, regardless of how long you've used BIAB. I'm predisposed to thinking that if you learned ten new things a day, it would take all year, at that rate, to semi-master the program.
If the OP is using the built in repeat, as suggested by the text (set repeat to 2) there wouldn't be a need to have melody in the second chorus. Is there something else happening here?

As did I! That is because I never use copy from/to as I use copy. Now I see, finally, why there are two copy functions.
If it takes a year for you to semi-master BiaB then Al you are a much faster learner than I am!
