I try to download my products about 12 hours, but seems to be all crashed...the only thing that i obtained is this message : DOWNLOAD FAILLED !!!! Can you try to solve this problem ,please...i'm really frustrated because i pay PG MUSIC one week ago....and still have NOTHING...NO HARD DRIVE with ULTRAPACK PLUS ; NO (Functional) DOWNLOAD LINK ; NOTHING !!!
Were you able to download the main 2019 program, since Monday? You can still use the program, and you don't necessarily need to get ALL 130 GB of RealTracks right away. We're working hard to get everything out the door. Shipping overseas takes a bit longer, but you could call us next week for a tracking number.
Just checked, download is working for me. If download manager does not work for you, try do download individual packages. After it is done, you are still able to install them to computer using single RT installer.
