Hi all.
Do I need to uninstall BBIB 2018 (on a USB Drive) from Windows 10 (32 bit) to install the new 64 bit??

I don't think you're asking the right question. BIAB 2019 comes with both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, and both are installed at the same time. The additional files for 64-bit are relatively small.
But if you have a 32-bit version of Windows, you won't be able to run any 64-bit software programs. You will, of course, be able to run BIAB 2019 32-bit just fine.
We can talk more about what your next step might be. First, find out if your computer has a 64-bit processor (CPU). You should be able to see this in Control Panel, System.

Hi Matt: thanks for responding. My Windows 10 is 64 bit. I wasn't sure if I had to uninstall BB 32 bit or not. From your response I'll be ok.

Oh, good. You are correct; don't uninstall anything. Almost all of the files are shared by both versions.

There is no reason to uninstall the 2018 version if you are upgrading to the 2019 version.
Just install the 2019 version over the top of your existing version.
Do you have the main program running from the USB drive, or from a drive on your PC?
If everything runs from the USB drive, it should just be a straight swap over.
Documentation accompanying the drive will guide you.
