Hello...I'm new to the forum and I know this is a stupid question but I can't seem to find an answer. I recently purchased the 2018 ultrapak on external hard drive and now I have the 2019 upgrade. I was told (by email) that I need to install the upgrade "over top" the current 2018 version. I need to know how to install it on the external that it came on, so it actually updates the whole 2018 version. I also have the whole thing on my laptop. Will there be an installer that I "physically" drag and drop "over top" of something else and what is that something else? Or will the entire program automatically update the existing one when I click the installer? I haven't tried it yet because I'm worried about messing up the program if I do it wrong. My computer skills are limited when it comes to this type of thing. I would appreciate any help...thanks!

Could you tell us what form the 2019 ugrade came on? Was it another USB drive, DVD, flash drive, or download?

Hello...Thank you for trying to answer this question. I actually received an answer from PG Music support and I've downloaded the upgrade. It was all self explanitory and happened automatically like I thought it would. I was just confused about the "over top" terminology. Thanks again!
