Hallo liebe Leute ich bin neu hier und hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen ,
ich hab ein upgrade von BiaB 2016 pro auf 2019 pro gemacht .Da ich nur die Pro Version habe ,habe ich mir ein Video Real Track set für 19 $ dazugekauft .Leider gibt es ein Problem mit dem rendern des Videos .Im Live chat hat man mich an den support verwiesen aber dort antwortet keiner auf meine Emails .Hat jemand eine Idee wie die Video Real Tracks ans laufen bekomme ?

Hallo Frank,
ich habe es eben sowohl mit der 64Bit- als auch mit der 32Bit-Version von Biab 2019.609 problemlos hinbekommen, Videos zu rendern, und zwar mit einzelenen Gitarrenspuren als auch mit einm 3-fach-Split-Video mit Notations- une einem Steelguitar-Video. Ich wollte das vorab testen, weil es beid er Vorjharesversion anfänglich einen Bug der englischen Version unter deutschem Betriebssystem gab (da wurden die Skalierungen der Videos mit durch Punkt getrennten Kommazahlen übergeben, das deutsche Windows verlangte aber auf der Kommandozeilenebene ein Komma als Trenner). Das ist jetzt aber nicht die Ursache, warum es bei dir nicht klappt.
Müssen wir gemeinsam mal genauer nachsehen. Welches Windows, welches Build von Band in a Box hast du installiert? BiaB erzeugt erstmal avi-Videos und nutzt für das Rendern der mp4-Videos dann ffmpeg.
Aus der Logdatei wird deutlich, dass es beim Schreiben der mp4 ein Problem gibt, die wird nicht generiert, kann deswegen auch nicht verschoben oder gelöscht werden.
Ist dein Laufwerk I: evtl. zu klein? Das Rendern benötigt etwas Festplattenplatz. Hast du evtl. keine Administratorrechte für Biab eingeräumt (das sollte eigentlich nicht mehr nötig seins, andere User berichten aber von Problemen, wenn sie der App keine Admin-Rechte einräumen. Welchen Aufruf der Videofunktion nutzt du: Oben über das File-Ribbonband und Save as Video oder unter unter die Render Video-Funktion im Views-Ribbon?

Hallo Brille , also ich habe Win 10 Pro, Version 1803 .
Band in Box 2019 build 608.
Auf meinem "I" Laufwerk habe ich 492GB freien Speicher. Administratorrechte hab ich auch .
Ich habe alle mir bekannten Videoaufruffunktionen ausprobiert .Immer der gleiche Fehler.
Ich habe auch versucht band in a Box auf meinem Laptop zu installieren bzw von 2016 pro auf 2019 pro build 608 upzugraden .
Auch das funktioniert nicht .Auf dem Laptop ist noch win Xp installiert .Hier wird kein VJt gefunden .Der Ordner wird merkwürdiger Weise gar nicht erst angelegt .

ich vermute , das das uprade von 2016 auf 2019 den Fehler verursacht ,da es ja auf zwei unterschiedlichen Systemen nicht funktioniert.Heute Abend hab ich die Möglichkeit BiaB noch auf einem dritten Rechner zu installieren .Ich werde das mal ausprobieren mit einer kompletten Neuinstallation .

Ja, das ist sicher eine gute Idee, eine komplette Neuinstallation zu versuchen. Womöglich wird wirklich beim Upgrade von 2016 auf 2019 irgendwas nicht richtig mitkopiert, berichte mal vom Resultat. Falls tatsächlich das die Ursache ist, solltest du das an den Support melden, sicher haben andere User eine ähnliche Upgradekonstellation.

Hallo Brille , Nach längerer Pause ,melde ich mich mal wieder . Alle Versuche diese Video Real Tracks ans laufen zu bekommen sind gescheitert. Bis Gestern !  Es ist ganz einfach . Man muß Video Real Tracks Set 1 installiert haben um das VJT Tool zu erhalten . Ich hatte nur Set 5 installiert . Also , Set 1 nachgekauft und installiert , alles super . LG,Frank
