2019 bb 64 bit app will not import audio to bb or audio chord wizard. 32 bit app works fine. Any ideas? I think it worked when I first got it, but several updates later not working.

Not in front in the computer now, I'll try later to check if importing audio is still working in my system

Just tried several mp3 files, and BIAB 64 build 610 is working fine with all of them
Are you having trouble with all audio files or just with some of them? Could you send us an example so we can test it on our systems?
Anyway, I recommend you to send a couple of problematic mp3 files to support@pgmusic.com, so they can take a look. That's what I did and they fixed my problem.

Well it seems to be working ok now. I don't know what the problem was.
