I have now made three requests (latest one just this morning) to sales@pgmusic for a refund of the 2019 BIAB purchase. It is not really what I need at this time after I tried it out. I have heard nothing from them, not even an auto-acknowledgement email!
Not sure if they are ignoring it, are busy, or are simply not there...Live Chat is and they advised that that was the correct place to send the request.
Has anyone else experienced tardiness from PG in regard to refunds/cancellations?

I had a refund about six months ago - I accidentally bought a duplicate product - and they were very quick in refunding my money.

They might just be very busy this time of year with the special deals, etc. I feel sure it will be sorted out though. That refund guarantee is a long standing policy that the company maintains.

This is the first thread I've seen that comments on the speed of a refund. As far as I'm aware, it's never been an issue and there have been a number of 'refund' posts over the years.
Maybe use Live Help to ask... the reply will be more immediate.

I accidentally ordered the wrong upgrade version (PlusPak+ instead of plain PlusPak) and they refunded me the difference and it hit my bank within 2 days....
I'm doing allright for Country Trash ....
