Is this when you are running the 32 bit version or the 64 bit version?
Presumably, this is with the 2019 upgrade also?

Since the default plugs are DX I wonder it the MaxPluginToScan.txt file is the problem. There is a thread about that somewhere and I was advised of the by some of the folks here to check it out. It needed to be a value of 110 not 0
I found that file under bb:data. I clicked on it and changes the number and saved and closed now my TTS works. Might be the same with other DX plugs. Worth trying

By 'Default Plugins' are you meaning the plugins such as Peak Limit, Gain Change, EQ, Dynamics, etc.? If so, these are 32-bit DX plugins and, as such, do not work in BIAB 64. They should be there in the 32-bit of BIAB (2019).

Not at this stage. I notice that my old version of Cakewalk had a few DX plugins that show up in BIAB64. This makes me wonder if maybe the free version of Cakewalk/Sonar from Bandlab has free 64 plugins that could be useful in BIAB.

Just checked, I don't have the PG default plugins anymore ... and also NO MaxPluginToScan.txt file alas. Also not in Data/ in my old BIAB 2018 folder ... ?? F

Check the C:\BB\Data\Installers folder. (replace C: with whatever drive you have the BiaB files on)
Maybe try running the file pgdx_plug_2_0_0.exe This is the DX FX installer .. if they are truly missing this may make them reappear. I've had to do this before, but only because someone accidentally removed them.
DX plugins are registered with the operating system, so the Run as Administrator option may be needed (right click the file and Run as Administrator)
Just an idea so you know they are installed.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome Make your sound your own!
Also, did you click on the second slot down in the plugins dialogue window? The top slot is reserved for a soft synth (if MIDI is present on the track).
