In 32-bit BIAB there are two options for creating audio harmonies.
(a) Audio Harmonies (Audio Editor)
(b) Audio Harmonies (TC-Helicon)
Both these options are found under the Audio or the Harmony menu.
After playing around with audio harmonies created using the Audio Editor, I cannot see how to save them to individual files.
On the other hand, if you use the Audio Harmonies (TC-Helicon) option, it is possible to save the harmonies as separate audio files. This will do what you want. The interface is different from the Audio Editor harmony interface.
There is a tutorial #14 found under "Help | Help Topics | Tutorials" explains how to use 'Audio Harmonies - TC Helicon' -- the file listen.mgu that is referenced in the tutorials is found in \bb\Documentation\Tutorials.
Personally, I prefer to use Realband for audio harmony as the harmony is easily saved to individual tracks and exporting from there is straightforward. Realband uses the 'TC-Helicon' interface.

I don't know this for sure but I suspect that 'Audio Harmonies (TC-Helcion)' is not available in BIAB 64-bit is because it's a 32-bit application.
Well Noel, once again your advice was spot on, and very helpful... Thank you Sir. It's true, the TC-Helicon only works with BIAB32bit. It's too bad the new BIAB "Harmony Engine" will not allow exportation of discreet harmony parts...
Curious; I don't think it has been updated for a long while, but have you tried to get a hold of the 32bit .dll and convert it with jBridge to a 64bit version?
BTW i tried all sorts of audio harmonizers for vocals mainly. IMO there is one which can work, quite expensive though. Hardware unit from TC electronics, VoiceLive Rack, which i have used with acceptable results in a studio situation. There's an Eventide hardware unit also that was quite popular years ago in luxury studios, i never got acquainted with it. I think it was commonly used rather for thickening vocals etc. But i never heard a software VST version that provided natural sounding harmony vocals sofar .... F
I use Melodyne for that, just copy the vocal, and slide it a third/fifth what ever then do some tweaking of certain notes and have gotten some decent results. Sometime I suck it up and sing the harmonies.
Another thing that works for me is a combo of singing a part and using software to create one.
I also have an older voice live and that works pretty good too.
