TODAY My wife has just bought me the upgrade to 2009 as the AUPHDR-M UltraPlusPAK Hard Drive "Audiophile" Edition Band-in-a-Box Upgrade as a birthday present

Will the Realdrums etc work with my old version (Version 12 build 31) or is the whole thing incompatible ?

I'm pretty sure 2009 is Intel only, and the RealTracks only work with 2009. Sorry.

OK I REALLY want the 2009.5 Audiophile version ... so.. will the complete programme run on a mac mini if that machine is dedicated to BIAB ONLY..?

As long as it's an Intel mini, especially one of the newer Core 2 Duo ones, it should run pretty good.

Yes, BIAB 2009.5 is Intel only. It will work fine on an intel Mac mini (not the power PC chips)

Further to this, Pat subsequently cancelled the order..
I have now purchased a MacMini to be SPECIFICALLY dedicated to running BIAB.
The version my wife wants to buy me for my birthday is the AUPHDR-M UltraPlusPAK Hard Drive "Audiophile" Edition Band-in-a-Box Upgrade.
BUT BIAB is presently installed on my G5 (Non intel)
Will I be able to authenticate the upgrade version to run on the MacMini ? and how do I do that..

I just bought (secondhand) biab 2009.5 and just found out that my Mac (PowerPc) can´t run it.
Is there any way to "upgrade/downgrade" to another version so that I can use it !
Please have mercy on this "newbie" and help me out !
