OP jarrett2me Newbie J Joined: Feb 2019 Posts: 6	Please can someone help. I have macOS Mojave version10.4 . I have biab for mac 2018 version 263 . I go thru focursite scarlett 2i2 interface and the same has happened with focursite sapphire . When every I try to record mu guitar the biab crashes after 30 seconds and then an error message comes on . I have tried re loading the programme but nothing works . `I have emailed and talked to senior support and all the tell me to do is re load the programme !

Andrew - PG Music PG Music Staff Joined: May 2002 Posts: 7,620 Victoria, BC	What is the error message - can you take a screenshot of this happening? (You can use the 'file manager' to attach an image to a forum post). If you remove the USB interface from the equation entirely, does the problem still happen when you record any kind of audio at all? Andrew PG Music Inc.

Andrew - PG Music PG Music Staff Joined: May 2002 Posts: 7,620 Victoria, BC	One thing that might be a useful troubleshooting step for you - Can you create a new Admin account on your Mac, and then try the same thing under the new account? Also had you installed any software for the interfaces before you upgraded your OS? You may need to download and install / reinstall the software... Does recording work in ANY program?
