The chord held for two bars (on all instruments) for me when I generated TEST.SGU -- this is normal behaviour. The hold applies until BIAB encounters the next chord. In this case the 'next chord' is the Dm7 on the repeat.
If you want the chord to hold for one bar only, it's necessary to put Cmaj7 in bar 4.
When I listened to the mp3, the chord definitely stopped on all instruments rather than being held. Because the Cmaj7... played correctly for me and not for you, this made me wonder if maybe you are up to date the updates. The most recent is build 622. See if installing this fixes the problem you're experiencing.
