I finally finished the lyrics and vocals to the instrumental titled Stalemate which I now call Goin Home.. This version still needs a final mix and master but wanted to share it. Bob,
vocalist lady done a very nice work on this! Very good arrangement. Pedal steel was a pleasant touch. Would be interesting to hear it all brushed.

Nice arrangement and the vocal/narrative is cool.
My only nit would be that the mandolin is a bit loud in the 1st minute or so.

I think you got the makings for a pretty good country song...
It sounds like something the current country artists would be looking for...
I especially like that line "the mailbox may not have my name"...
I'd say you've done good job on the version.

You did a wonderful job on this - a gorgeous tune and a solid write. Definitely showcases a strong understanding of songwriting. Whoever it was that sang on the vocals version absolutely nailed it too! Thanks for sharing

Thanks everyone. I need someone to help Mix and master anyone know or an inexpensive resource ?
I am deaf in one ear so I am not the best mix or master engineer. Lol.
