Band-in-a-box est désactiver depuis quelque jours et je n'arrive plus a le réactiver.
A l'ouverture je reçois toujours le même message.
(Certaines fonctionnalités sont désactivé. Utilisez[menu]-aide-activation pour activer le produit. programme désactiver. La raison est: Ce programme n'est plus utilisable sur un ordinateur. Pour l'utiliser sur un autre ordinateur, choisissez Menu Aide Act )
Ce que je fais, mais je reçois toujours le message inscrit plus haut..
J'ai essayer aussi, aide/utilitaire/options spéciales pour activation/restaurer- restaure une installation libérée auparavant: réponse: licence non bloquer.
Je pense que c'est peut-être un réglage dans les tiquet qui me donne ces problèmes. si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider ça me rendrait un grand service.. Merci a l'avance..

Bonjour Gérard,
A priori ton problème est lié à une histoire de licence.
Ce que je te propose, désinstalle BIAB et refais une installation.

Merci Daniel pour ton aide..
Finalement j'ai réussis a réglé mon problème en envoyant un Email a PG Music avec les détails du bug. C'était bien un problème de tiquet comme je le pensais.
Très diligent les techniciens chez PG Music, a peine quelque heures, et la bonne solution était arrivée.. Je te met la copie de ce message plus bas, on sait jamais ça peut toujours servir..

Bonjour Gerard,
Il semble que vous deviez réinitialiser vos fichiers de ticket. Assurez-vous que Band-in-a-Box est fermé avant de le faire.
Allez sur votre lecteur C> Utilisateurs> Public> Ticket et supprimez tout le contenu avec "ticket" dans le nom de ce dossier. Veillez à ne pas supprimer le dossier lui-même.
Une fois qu'ils ont été supprimés, vous voudrez ouvrir le programme à nouveau. Cela peut vous inviter à restaurer les activations précédentes. Dis non.
Ensuite, allez dans Aide> Activer Band-in-a-Box et procédez à une activation régulière.
S'il vous plaît laissez-nous savoir si cela fonctionne pour vous, et si nécessaire, nous dépannerons plus loin.
