Hi everyone,
I'm a new member here and I user Band in a box 2009.
Just a few days ago I noticed that I am missing some styles in sets 1-3 which come along for free with the installation of the program.
In set 1 I only have 6 styles and in sets 2 and 3 only 4 each.
I came to notice this when I searched for the Fusion Shuffle style which I could not find.
I already tried everytihng, re-building the styles list, re-installing, deleting the bb folder and installing again. The support has been very good and tried to help me, also they sent me a link to a new download file, but still I do not have those styles.
Does anybody else have this problem or know what the cause of this is and how to fix it?
I was looking for sets 1-3 but apparently I can't evne buy them as a new set because they are supposed to come for free with the installation, but in my case many styles out of those sets are missing.
Any kind of help woulld be highly appreciated.

Cool. That would be great! Thanks Andrew. I already bothered Kent and Rob with all my e-mails so much, and the have been so helpful, but until now we had not been able to find a solution.

I got a new installer from Kent, and this one included more styles from sets 1-3, but I'm still missing 3 styles from set 2 and another 3 styles from set 3.
So, the problem is still not solved.
Is this a bug in the installer?
Does anybody else have this problem? er everh ad this problem?

In this case I'm missing one style from set 1, 3 styles from set 3 and 4 syles from set 3.
I have absolutely no idea why that is that upon new installation there are syles missing....

I'm still having this problem, still missing styles (see my post above).
Does anybody have an idea what the cause of this is?
I have really tried everything now, still I'm missing styles from sets 1-3. The support (Kent) has sent me 2 different installers, still problem not solved.
I'd appreciate any kind of help!

After re-installing the styles, I would run the latest BIAB patch file again, as that may correct some inconsistencies. Then rebuild your style list and see if they pop in.

Thank you, guys.
I already tried what both of you mentioned. But it still does not help.
The styles that I am missing are not even in my bb folder when I look for them manually, so it seems the installer did not install them.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
