Ich habe den Support schon zig E-Mails gesendet, man hat mir auch versucht zu helfen, aber mein Problem ist nach wie vor ungelöst:
Ich habe die deutsche Version von Band in a box pro+ 2009, und mir fehlen Styles von sets 1-3.
Ich habe mehrmals de-installiert und neu installiert, aber nichts hilft.
Es werden nur ein paar styles der sets 1-3 isntallier, und viele fehlen.
Woran liegt das?
Wäre um Hilfe/Tips jeglicher Art sehr dankbar!

Hier wäre es gut zu erfahren, was denn schon alles versucht wurde.
Sind denn alle Styles, die in der jeweiligen Style Set Beschreibung gelistet sind, im Installationsverzeichnis vorhanden? Welche Styles genau werden denn vermisst?

Danke für Deine Antwort.
Also, ich habe folgendes probiert: deinstallation mit Löschen der Registryeinträge und Löschen des bb-Ornders mit anschliessender Neuinstallation. Auch hat mir der Support 2 Installrt geschickt, mit denen ich leider auch keinen Erfolg hatte. Zwar kamen ein paar Styles hinzu, die mir fehlten, aber noch immer fehlen welche.
Folgende Styles feheln:
Set 1 : POPBALAD
Set 2: JACO_JAZ; LA_PBAL; FATS_DOM; J_CASH; LITROCK_G; LA_POP_G
Set 3: COUNTROK; MEXICAN2; OLDMOTOWN&; FUSNSHF2
Kann es sein, dass das Problem evnetuell damit zusammenhängt, dass ich die deutshcer Version von BIAB habe?
Was mir aufgefallen ist, ist, dass des FUSN_SHU style zB in der Beschreibung Funk Shuffle genannt wird (bei meiner Style List in BIAB) anstatt Fusion Shuffle.

Set 1: POPBALAD ist hier unter Style Set #1 gelistet. Set 2: JACO_JAZ; LA_PBAL; FATS_DOM; J_CASH; LITROCK_G; LA_POP_G LA_PBAL; LITROCK_G; LA_POP_G sind hier unter Style Set #2 gelistet, FATS_DOM, JACO_JAZ, J_CASH sind hier jedoch unter Style Set #4 gelistet. Hier könnte ein Zuordnungsfehler seitens PG Music vorliegen. Set 3: COUNTROK; MEXICAN2; OLDMOTOWN&; FUSNSHF2 Alle diese Styles sind hier unter Style Set #3 gelistet. Quote:

So wie es aussieht, stimmt da wohl einiges mit meiner BIAB Installationsdisk nicht. Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man eine Menge Geld für etwas ausgegeben hat, was dann nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Da mir das mit den fehlenden Style erst jetzt (ahr als 6 Monate nach der Anschaffung der Software) auffällt (vorher wusste ich nicht, dass diese Styles als gratis-Styles zum Programm gehören), kann ich die Disk auch leider nicht mehr umtauschen.
Meine ursprügliche Version ist die detuscher BIAB pro + 2009 Version mit dem 12PAK (Bonus pack).
Habe aber mittlerweile mit dem Patch auf 2009.5 aufgerüstet.

Im Hauptforum steht, dass diese Styles nicht einmal im Installationsverzeichnis auftauchen -> hier liegt definitiv ein Fehler vor. Möglicherweise liegt das am Installer der deutschen Version (?). Wird mit der deutschen Version ein englischer Installer mitgeliefert? Dieser Installer könnte dann einmal ausprobiert werden. Die deutsche Sprachdatei liegt ja ohnehin bereits vor und kann in den Optionen aktiviert werden. Zur Prüfung auf Vollständigkeit der grundlegenden Dateien ziehe ich jedoch regelmäßig die englischen Sprachdateien vor, da bei der 'Lokalisation' gelegentlich Fehler auftreten, die erst mit späteren 'Patches' beseitigt werden. Die derzeitige deutsche Sprachdatei scheint darüberhinaus einen Fehler zu enthalten (FUSN_SHU -> Funk Shuffle), der hier nach Installation der BB2009 Sprachdatei jedoch nicht auftritt. Quote:

Hier liegt ein klassischer Support Fall vor, der sicher vernünftig gelöst wird. In jedem Falle sollte PG Music nachbessern und sämtliche Styles der Sets 1-3 mit einem funktionierenden Installer ausliefern.

Es lag zwar keine egnlische Installationsdatei vor, aber der Support hat hat mir 2 verschiedene englische Installer geschickt, der zweite hiervon hat zwar einige der Styles hinzugefügt (ursprünglich fehlten mir noch mehr, als die oben aufgelisteten), aber das Problem ist noch immer nicht gelöst, es fehlen nich immer die obigen Styles.
Habe auch versucht, komplett zu deinstallieren (mit Löschen der REgistryeinträge und Löschen des BB Ordners) und dann nur den englischchen Installer, den ich vom Support erhalten habe, zu installieren, aber noch immer kein Erfolg.
Ich weiss nicht, was ich noch probieren kann, alles schon durchprobiert, noch immer fehlen mir Styles.

Freundlich den Support darum bitten, einen funktionierenden Installer zu senden. PG Music sollte in der Lage sein, die Installation vor Versand auf eigenen Systemen auf Funktionstüchtigkeit und auf Vollständigkeit zu überprüfen. Hier ist E-Mail Kommunikation angesagt -> je genauer die Jungs von PG Music darüber informiert sind, welche Styles genau fehlen, desto besser kann PG Music QA den Prozess betreuen.
Die in der Beschreibung unter Style Set #2 aufgeführten, im StylePicker jedoch unter Style Set #4 gelisteten Styles FATS_DOM, JACO_JAZ, J_CASH deuten auf Probleme seitens PG Music hin.

Danke, ich werde dem Support die Namen der fehlenden Styles e-mailen.
Die haben mir schon sehr geholfen, bzw. sich grosse Mühe gemacht, mir zu helfen, indem sie mir schon 2 verschiedene Installer gerschickt haben, aber es funktioniert wie gesagt noch immer nicht.
Habe bei mir die Styles FATS_DOM und J_CASH auch unter Set 4 gefunden, JACO-JAZ jedoch fehlt mir komplett.

JACO_JAZ ist auf der -> Webseite nicht gelistet, ist jedoch nach Installation des Programms explizit in der Berscheibung der Style Disk #2 aufgeführt (Styset02.doc). Möglicherweise liegt hier ein Irrtum seitens PG Music vor.

Ich habe mittlerweile vom Suppoer die mir noch fehlenden Styles in einem ZIP-file zugesandt bekommen. :-)
Warum die fehlenden Style mit dem dem Installer nicht installiert wurdne, ist nach wie vor jedoch unklar.
