here is one option that work for me my sound card delta 1010 pci wdm drivers stoped working in real band could not play back or record go to windows setting privacy microphone and make sure its enabled and apps concerned you should see real band biab and other dawns ect.there reboot then you should be good to go some people have said 1807 update has cause this in computers thanks eric

Neither BIAB nor Reaper are included in the list of APPs that I can select to allow use of my microphone. I see no way to add them to this listing. Do you have any suggestions?
