I just upgraded from 2018 UltraPAK to 2019 UltraPAK+ for mac. But every time I install the main app, it always failed at the end. I already informed the support team thru email cause they're off-line right now. But I was just wondering if anyone here encountered the same thing.
I'm using a macbook pro 2015 with the latest macOS. I also have sufficient storage.
Hoping to get some answers soon.

I had the same problem the first try. I trashed my current (2018 MegaPack) installation, and it installed fine. Of course, if you're not wanting to do a full clean install (downloading all the real-tracks again...) this isn't a solution.
I'm upgrading from 2018MegaPack to 2019 Ultra - so I have lots of RealTracks to download anyway.
I also put in a message to support, so we'll see what they say.

We've identified what the problem was, and it is fixed now. If you get that message "Failed", you will need to download that one file again from your account.
