Hi Noel ...

You accomplished your goal in full totality. Your lyrics always paint an indelible image for your listeners. So well written and performed. I think this is your strongest vocal sing I've been listening to you (3 or 4 years?).

That was a true listening pleasure, my friend. Taske a bow ... maybe two or three. Wishing you the very best ...

Alan

Hi Alan,

I know that time is very precious to you these days and I am sincerely grateful that you managed to jump into this thread and have a listen. Thank you for your comments, too. You've added warmth and happiness to what is a slightly cold, overcast and gloomy Melbourne morning.

Sending lots of good thoughts your way,
Noel

Nice job on everything, mix, composition, all of it. My only nitpick is the same problem I have...the piano seems a bit to upfront at times.I love piano to. Other than that, very, very nice.

Thanks for sharing

Hi Rick,

Thank you for dropping in. I appreciate the visit, listen and comment.

As you've guessed, I'm a piano fan. That said, it's an instrument that seems to challenge me a lot when I try to mix it. Sooner or later, I get to a mix that seems to work in some way and I call it quits at that point. I'll wait a couple of days and then give the song a re-listen in light of your comments. Thanks!

All the best,
Noel

Hey, there, 'Noel96'...

That's a nice thing to say! Thank you. However, you'd be surprised at how useful a good dictionary and a thesaurus can be!

LOREN

P.S. Thank you for the link to the Strauss waltz. It was a grand, majestic listening experience, and yet as romantic in tone as a couple picnicking on a summer's day...

Hi Torry,

Thank you for visiting here and Soundcloud. I sincerely appreciate it.

Just to set the record straight, I think I'm more of a classroom act than a class act (I'm a school teacher). I'll take it anyway. You made me smile big time smile

All the best,
Noel
