OK, I asked this question because of the issues you mentioned in a separate thread about NI.
Do you have an Internet connection (move the mouse over the icon on the RH task bar)? (see attachment)
Can you open a web page with a browser?
Does your email system work?
How are you connected to the Internet (Cable, WiFi etc?)
Try rebooting your Network Modem, then restart the computer?
Can you try from a different computer system to narrow things down?

Can you try from a different computer system to narrow things down?
If you do not have an Internet connection then right click on the start icon, left click on device manager, then check to see if your Ethernet card (network adapters)is disabled.

64 bit Win 10 Pro, the latest BiaB/RB, Roland Octa-Capture audio interface, a ton of software/hardware
Assuming you have wifi router for PC intrnt access, connect your phone to it, disable mobile data. Check if you can play a youtube video or download image or something. If you can, it will narrow down to PC.
Try to flush DNS. (google it. depending on system. It is fairly simple task) It might resolve the issue. Since it is most likely your hardware/software situation, I doubt NI will be much of help.
P.S. I had similar instances where rebooting did not help.... But shutting everything off completely (modem / router / computer) and turning back on brought it back to life.
