I just wanted to take a moment to wish each and everyone of you a very Happy Thanksgiving! I have much to be thankful for musically. So many of you have given me so much help along the way to understanding BIAB and general musical knowledge. I have really enjoyed all of your music, and appreciate all you have done for me in crafting my songs. I have been out of touch for a couple of months due to an ongoing divorce which will be final December 18th. Been kind of out of the mood, if you know what I mean, but I will be back when my head clears and my emotions are back on track.

No reply necessary. Take care!!

Gene

Divorce, the worst thing |ever did for 3 months, the the best thing ever happened to me. Cheer up, and get some country divorce music going, it's even sadder when the dog gets runned over and yer bud dates yer ex and yer pickup gets a flat.

We already had thanksgiving weeks ago in early October, the season is shorter here, and the crops are in except for the field corn and a few guys are still working on the beans.

It's been warm so next year's early wheat is even up.

The good thing about being retired and you guys having thanksgiving is I can turn on a football game if I want to, but our 'superbowl canadian style' is Sunday.

L3,

It's great to hear from you, and Happy Thanksgiving to you, too!

And a big ten-four on the divorce thingie, too. In my case it was (and remains) good news and bad news all rolled into one. 'Nuff said here.

Here's wishing you the best in your 'new' life. Hope to hear from you more often soon.

Richard

I'm thankful for the gal who has put up with me for 55+ years. If it had been anyone else, I'd be a divorce statistic too. I thank the good Lord for her, as well as all His other blessings.

Happy Thanksgiving to you Gene and all of the forum rascals. And Don I am in your boat as I too have been enjoying His many blessings all of my life, but I must admit more so of late.

Later,

I'm thankful my ancestors had guns and the indians only bows and arrows.

Hey, I'm into archery - long bow. I had a shotgun once but passed it on to my younger brother. Personally, I prefer the skill necessary for a long bow and it is better exercise too...
