Ich habe BiaB aus Zeitnot länger nicht benutzt. Ich war enttäuscht, als ich damals in die Pause ging.
Nun bin ich wieder dran, und der Frust ist wieder da:
Es läuft mal so und mal anders: Etliche Stücke, die ich mir erstellt habe, werden manchmal mit häufigen Aussetzern, Störungen und Stottern abgespielt – unvorhersehbar und an unterschiedlichsten Stellen, es hakelt hier und da. Ein Live-Einsatz ist so undenkbar!
Um mobil zu bleiben, habe ich BiaB auf meinem Laptop (Netzbetrieb) installiert: ACER Aspire mit 1,30GHz-Prozessor, Win10 32Bit-Betriebssystem, 4GB Ram (fast 3GB verwendbar), 500GB SSD (250GB belegt), ATI HDMI Audio / Realtek High Definition Audio. Das müsste den BiaB-Systemanforderungen locker gerecht werden. Angeschlossen ist das Teil an meinem ACUS ONE-8 und klingt grundsätzlich gut.
Ich konnte mich noch nicht mit allen Finessen und Hintertürchen dieses komplexen Programms vertraut machen, und vielleicht übersehe ich grundlegende Einstellungen, aber allmählich resigniere ich bei diesem mir nicht nachvollziehbaren Problem.
Hat jemand schon ähnliches erlebt?
Gibt es prktische Lösungen / Tipps für einen reibungslosen, verlässlichen Einsatz von BiaB im Live-Einsatz?

Na, dann will ich mal die Checkliste durcharbeiten.
Vielleicht bringt's ja was, und ich kann entspannt mit BiaB arbeiten.

Kurze Info:
Ich habe nun einige Hintergrundprogramme im Autostart deaktiviert. Die letzten Tests verliefen bisher reibungslos!
Also scheint der Ablauf jetzt zu funktionieren.

Hallo Ecki,
deine Technik sollte an sich gut ausreichen für BiaB, so wie du es vermutet hat. Tatsächlich sind es häufig Anwendungen im Hintergrund, die ein System ausbremsen. Gerade wenn es um Audio-Daten geht, ist das natürlich schnell mit Rucklern hörbar.
