3114 bass ... Rootsyfunkalex EV16 110 is in the right folder, but If I look at 335 Fractal rootsy funk bass style in the style picker I get [RT n/a]. Bandinabox is 709,I made lots of Rebuild.

Sergino - I can advise that 3114 is OK and Fractal does play using it.
RT 335 ia in the 2020 202 new RTs so I suggest you try a fresh Download from the website. I have had instances where I get an N/A for a Style or RT when it should be there and a DL often fixes it. Dont forget to rebuild after.

Because you have the Audiophile edition of the software, I suggest that you contact Sales using the Live Chat and ask them how you can get Realtracks set# 335 because RT 3314 is not showing up for you.

I see Sergino has BB2019. AFAIK RT 335 is in BB2020.

I Forgotten to update my signature. Of course I have Biab 2020. I have downloaded again, run the .exe and rebuild. No way to solve the problem.

Sergino, I see your new signature. Did you try logging into your sales account, going to My Products and then downloading the EXE that contains Realtrack Set #335? And then re-install that set? Also, did you go into Realtrack picker (not Style picker) and run "Rebuild and Fix" down the bottom of the window, near the filter? Lastly, have you installed update #709? If you re-installed the program, it will be set back to it's original purchase update. Regards, Noel

Thank you Noel96! I did everything you wrote except looking in the realtrack picker. Now I have discovered that I have many NA realtracks! How can I attach an image for asking some information?

RT3114 is from the bonus 49PAK (these are listed as set 800), so that's probably what you need to install. You can attach a screenshot by using the "File Manager" link while posting a message.

Andrew, my old Biab audiophile disk is a mess with all the update since 2015 and eventually I have decided for buying the 2020 audiophile so to have everything perfectly in order. I have a doubt. All the extra real tracks or styles that I have bought in these years are in the audiophile already, or have I to re-installing them (with the risk of new confusion).

I see, if you have your hard drive then it should be on there, and the problem could be that Band-in-a-Box is looking in a custom folder for your RealTracks - check the "custom folder location" in the RealTracks Preferences. If you are running Band-in-a-Box from the external disk, you should have that unchecked.

This will check RealTracks installation. For a RealTracks to work, there needs to be a ST2 file in BB folder, and a folder of WMA files in the RealTracks folder set in Prefs-RealTracks Settings.

Hi Andrew, I followed your advice and downloaded / reinstalled RTs 278-280 and 329-337 from my account. I did carry out the same procedure (exclusively for RTs 329-337) at least 3 times during the last few weeks. It looks like reinstalling RTs 278-280 has helped , but my main problem with unavailability of RT 3114 bass rootsyfunk remain unsolved.

Ok I see what the problem is. We have both a "Bass, Electric, RootsyFunkAlex Ev16 110", and "Bass, Electric RootsyFunkAlex Ev16 110", and Band-in-a-Box expects the latter. We'll add a fix for this in the next patch. In the meantime, if you don't have the latter folder, just remove the comma after "Electric" and that will fix it. Edit - this patch should fix it.
