Hej. I min printerboks er der en knap hvor der står:"Udskriv til PDF". Når jeg klikker den, står der at PDF driveren ikke er installeret endnu. Når jeg vælger at klikke Ja til at installere den, står der jeg skal genstarte BIAB og Windows før driveren virker.
Men også efter genstarten siger den at driveren ikke er installeret.
Det ville være rart at kunne gemme noderne direkte i PDF, som alle hurtigt og smertefrit kan installere, så de musikere der modtager noderne, hurtigt kan åbne dem uden at have BIAB.
Er der et snedigt trick der kan få denne funktion til at virke ?

Hej Erik.
Jeg synes det lyder som et Windows-problem og ikke et BIAB-problem.
Kan du udskrive til PDF fra andre programmer, f.eks. Word?

Hej igen.
Jeg tror jeg har løst problemet.
Jeg har installeret CutePDF Writer. Når den er installeret, ligger den sammen med alle de printere jeg ellers har drivere til.
Når jeg så skal lave noderne om til PDF, så vælger jeg CutePDF i "Printer opsætning".
Så popper noden op i et Adobe vindue, og kan gemmes som en alm. PDF fil. Hvis man vil skrive den ud på papir, så vælger man i Adobe den printer man plejer at bruge.
Og jeg skal love for at det giver knivskarpe udskrifter.

Hvis du har Windows 10, så er der en indbygget Microsoft Print-to-PDF, du bør bruge.
CutePDF er OK, men overflødig, hvis du har Windows 10.
Desuden er der en del af disse PDF-drivere på nettet, der indeholder malware, så man skal scanne dem, før man installerer.

Hej igen, og tak for dit svar.
Det lyder helt rigtigt. Så forstår jeg bedre. Jeg har siddet og rodet med en Windows 7, og her er det nødvendigt at CutePDF Writer ligger på maskinen, før du installerer BIAB. Når først BIAB ligger på maskinen, så kan du godt opgive at installerer PDF Writeren.

Det er nok rigtigt, at man ikke kan installere CurePDF-driveren inde fra Band-in-a-Box, men man kan hente den manuelt og installere den. Herefter kan PDF-drivere vælges i Band-in-a-Box som enhver anden printer-driver.
