Hi, I just bought BIAB v. 2020 (403) for Mac. Unfortunately the program does not start (the icon bounces in the dock). I uninstalled the program and preferences but nothing changes! Anyone have any idea what the problem might be? Is there anyone else who has the same problem? MacMini 2018 i7 3.2GHz - OS Mojave 10.14.6 - 16Gb Ram

Hello,
Did you upgrade from version 2019, or was it a 'fresh' install?
Was there a previous version that launched on your system?
Also - if you wait, does the program eventually launch?

If you have Real Tracks and Drums installed on an external drive that is not a BIAB hard drive, it can take a long time if you did Not install it over a 2019 installation. Over 7 minutes on my iMac Pro.

thanks for your valuable advice! I realized that I didn't have the hard drive, where I had Real Tracks, mounted on my desktop.
