I purchased the ultra pack for Mac. After I installed BIAB on my hard drive I went to Real tracks and drums settings and set the location for the real tracks/drums for my external hard drive. I did copy the appropriate directories to the hard drive.
When I select a style I keep getting messages such as the one you see on the attachment that BIAB doesn't think I have the real tracks.
Did I do something wrong or are there styles I can select that don't come with the ultra pack?
Chris, yes, it is possible to buy styles that reference RealTracks you might not have. Please tell us what you purchased. Was it the Pro version? And did you purchase any bonus paks?

I purchased the Band-in-a-Box UltraPAK Upgrade but did not purchase any bonus packs. I purchased the hard drive and copied the Drums folder and Real Tracks folder to another external drive. I then went to each of those settings and browsed to the appropriate folder.
Thank you. With the UltraPak, you should have all the RealTracks and RealDrums (and you knew that). And there are no bonus paks involved, but did you buy any style paks? There are currently 8.
I believe you because your descriptions are clear, but let’s double check. You went into Options, Preferences, RealTracks then browsed to find the new location where you copied your RealTracks to (from off of the PG Music USB drive). And you did the same for RealDrums. Is that correct?
When you load a song and style, do ANY of the RealTracks show up? Or are they all N/A ?
Assuming these things check out, I recommend you call PG Music Support. They can review this with you. They can even remote connect to make sure your installation is correct.
EDIT re-reading, I see this is a Mac. I think the exact commands to change location of RealTracks are somewhat different than what I gave for Windows. I have a Mac but in another location.

You can simplify this by just focusing on one of the missing files in your screenshot: RElGt046.st2 This is associated with RT#694 (Guitar, Electric, Rhythm ElecRockArp Ev 120) from "set 48" and is included included in the UltraPAK.
The message is telling us that the .ST2 file is missing. Can you confirm this? Look in /Applications/Band-in-a-Box/Soloists and see if it's there.
Also, if you look in the RealTracks Picker, check the box to "Show N/A", and then look at RT#694, is it listed as "N/A", or "N/A RT Folder" or "N/A ST2"?
