Lets get this out of the way first, I don't like to exercise. Having said that ... You really need to see this. Have you ever seen a guy direct a low impact movement exercise video while sitting in a chair, singing and playing guitar? Believe it or not, it's fun to watch and participate. You might also like Curtis Adams videos for seniors on YouTube. TheY are maybe the next level
but he always has 2 people in the background mirroring him in chairs.
