Hi, I have seen there is an update for Sforzando the new one is at least 1.961, and it's the same for aria engine. I got some message from BIAB that the files I wanted to load was made with aria engine ---- and if I wanted to load I need to update to ----. All I wanna know if it is safe to do the update or not; does BIAB recommand it ? thanks a lot
I am currently running version 1.961 in BIAB 2020 (64 bit) without any issues.
However, as I said, I am using the 64 bit version of BIAB. I am not sure if updating to the latest version of Sforzando will cause problems, if you have the need to run the 32 bit version of BIAB for some reason (ver. 2018.0.267).
I remember that Sforzando dropped 32 bit support a while back, I just don't remember how long ago and which version that was.

thanks Jayo, I run also the 1.961, I got twice a message" the file you want to ...was made with engine ...you have to update the engine if you want to listen..." it's not a big issue, but if the update is OK, why not update bur only if BIAB team recommand it ! and what does the team say ? ;-)
It is working fine with Band-in-a-Box in my testing. Note that it is 64-bit only (which is fine, unless you are using an earlier / 32-bit version of Band-in-a-Box)
