Hey everybody, I'd like to print out chords to a project. Can I save that to a word file and send it to the computer I have hooked up to the printer? Or is there a staff view with guitar tab? I've never tried it before. WSS
In Lead Sheet options, there are a few things to try. When I tried having the settings shown, chords and bars were printed. That sounds like it will do the job for you.
Use that setting, then print to a virtual printer so you can take the file to the other computer for printout.
For a virtual printer, BIAB used to come with PDF995. It may still, or you can use any other of many choices (I use CutePDF). Then select the virtual printer in the print menu in BIAB, and you will create a PDF file.
I would not recommend using a Word file format for this purpose.
