j'ai voulu installer la m.a.j 415, elle n'est pas possible en passant comme d'habitude par le menu prévu ni même par la préconisation de daniel donval ? j'ai été jeter un coup d'oeil sur le forum us et j'ai trouvé le build 415, je l'ai téléchargé... j'ai voulu installer ce patch et là quelle surprise, un message de l'installer me dit que je ne peux pas installer la m.à.j car je n'ai pas la version 2020 ( que j'ai acheté dès sa sortie il y a plusieurs mois ). je mets en pj la copie d'écran. j'aimerai beaucoup comprendre ce mic-mac informatique. ps: j'ai réessayé en éjectant l'autre disque, c'est pareil...de toute façon BIAB est installé sur mon disque principal et la mise à jour ne le voit pas !
Pour la précédente, j’avais des problèmes, échec à chaque fois. J’avais téléchargé le fichier avec safari. Par le biais du chat, pg m’a conseillé d’utiliser un autre navigateur. J’ai utilisé chrome et cette fois tout a fonctionné.
merci pour le tip, mais je pense avoir cerné le problème, enfin le quiproquo... ayant reçu il y a quelques mois le mail proposant la mise à jour 2020 avec le "all Xtra pack 9", j'ai fait la commande par internet en demandant en plus un upgrade passant de la version pro à l'ultrapack, j'ai pu télécharger les fichiers et procéder à l'installation de BIAB et du "all Xtra pack 9"... il y a quelques jours, J'étais un peu énérvé pensant avoir tout ce qu'il fallait pour installer l'update, mais ce ne fut pas possible, en réfléchissant je me suis dit que c'est peut-être parce-que j'avais fait un upgrade en même temps que l'achat de la version 2020 et qu'il y a eu un BUG à la commande. Au moment de l'installation je n'ai pas vérifié que c'était la nouvelle version 2020 trop content d'être passé à la version ultrapack bien mieux fournie. c'est le fait d'avoir pu bénéficier de la promo avec le xtrapack 9 qui m'a induit en erreur... la prochaine fois, je contacterais le service commercial qui est très réactif pour être sûr; morale, lisez et relisez et re-relisez....avant de taper la touche finale!
