There is no key signature on the print output when I use notation option "Track Type = Guitar". On screen the key signature is showing. Also in the print preview window the key signature is missing. See picture.

I clicked on the G trackslot (between the time signature and Lyrics icons) and did Print Preview. No key signature. Selecting the P trackslot shows the key signature.

Thanks Matt, I will inform Support. By the way, the guitar track is the melody part and is a midi instrument. I have changed that to a real instrument. The result stays the same.
