I have been using the program for a while but I keep finding that many Its are showing up as N/A particularly in the sets around 170 - 200 and sets 290ish through 330. (not exact numbers) I also show quite a few out of order in the list I am attempting to reinstall but finding it a slow and difficult process. any advice would be welcomed

Hello Rob,
Go to the StylePicker and set the option to show All styles including N/A ("Other" menu). Then sort by set# and look through the RT Sets. You will most likely find that all styles from RT sets xx through xx are missing, and then you know what you need to install. You could also do this in the RealTracks Picker.

Thank you kind sir. I reinstalled them and their are still almost 500 listed as N/A or that have funky set numbers. I have rebuild three times. I have sets 1 - 352 and all are installed. and BiaB sees that folder. I am sure I am missing something. Just fairly new to Mac. In Windows I never had this issue. I am reinstalling sets 278- 300, 301-328, and 329 - 352 again tonight and doing a rebuild again. Will see what happens.

Here is the pop up box .st2 files in the BB soloist folder, but no RealTracks in the folder/volumes/easystore/applications/Band-in-a-Box/RealTracks/. Either install RealTracks again, or point to the correct RealTracks folder in RT setting. Then press rebuild button again to re-build the list.
There are no more N/A listed RTs in the list. But there is still the above warning box.

Is /volumes/easystore/applications/Band-in-a-Box/RealTracks/ a custom folder location on a portable hard drive, with the main Band-in-a-Box folder being in the default location on your Mac hard drive in /Applications/Band-in-a-Box?

Andrew, Yes that is my external drive.

But is your entire Band-in-a-Box folder on the external drive, or is it just RealTracks and you have your main Band-in-a-Box folder in the computer's hard drive? If it's the latter, I think you need to copy/merge the contents of your /Applications/Band-in-a-Box/RealTracks and /Applications/Band-in-a-Box/Drums folders to your external RealTracks and Drums folders.

I think the applications folder is external, but I’ll check and see what is on what
